Whether you need new service or are moving in or out of town or just moving across the street, you can find the form you need below. Have questions? We will accept requests up to 30 days in advance. Give us a call at 262-644-5265. We do require at least a 24-hour notice. Please be aware that we do not backdate the service dates if you reach out to us after you have moved in. It is the resident's responsibility to contact us ahead of time to get the utilities set up or canceled.
New Utility Service
If you are moving in to the Slinger area and need to start your account with us, you can start the process by visiting our office, calling us at 262-644-5265 or completing the new utility service form and emailing it to our Utility Clerk at smenzia@vi.slinger.wi.gov.
Change Mailing Address
Occasionally, we know that our customers will want their utility bill sent to an address that is different than their service address. This can be done by calling our office at 262-644-5265 or emailing smenzia@vi.slinger.wi.gov.
Transfer Service
If you are currently a Slinger Utilities residential customer and you are moving to another address within our service area, you may transfer your service by calling our office at 262-644-5265 or completing both the new utility service form and the utility service termination form and emailing them to our Utility Clerk at smenzia@vi.slinger.wi.gov. Any balance on the previous utility account must be paid before you are eligible to open a new utility account for the new address.
Terminate Service
If you are moving out of the Slinger Utilities area and need to close your account with us, please call us at 262-644-5265 to let us know your anticipated termination date or complete the utility service termination form and email it to our Utility Clerk at smenzia@vi.slinger.wi.gov.
