Park Reservations

The Village of Slinger has park facilities at Fireman’s, Rotary, Rueckl, and Community Parks that are available to the public for rentals. All parks feature open-air shelters.

Reservation Policy

Reservations for all park shelters are now available. We have moved our reservation system from paper to an online software. Please see the details below regarding our reservation system. All reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.  Reservations require that the interested party complete the necessary permit and pay the fees within one week of making the reservation or the reservation will not be guaranteed.  Fees are determined by Village Residency and type of event. For more information call 262-644-5265.

How to Make a Reservation

  1. Create a customer account
  2. Check availability
    • To see if a date is available, change the date at the top of the page.
    • Click on the park or facility name to view its availability for that day.
    • When you click on a time block, the system will show how many hours are available for that facility.
    • Important: Some parks have a latest start time. For example, many parks cannot be selected after 6:00 PM because the latest start time is 5:00 PM, which allows use of the park from 5:00 PM until the 11:00 PM closing time.
  3. Request your reservation
    • Select the start time you plan to arrive.
    • Half-hour bookings are not available.
    • Only one booking per park per day is allowed.
  4. Approval & Payment
    • You will not pay right away.
    • Requests may take up to 3 business days to be approved.
    • Once approved, you will receive:
      • An email confirming approval
      • A second email with payment options
    • Payment can be made at Village Hall.
    • Payment must be received within 1 week (5 business days), or the reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance to receive a refund.
  • You may cancel online or by calling the Slinger Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department.

Important Notes

  • All reservation emails will come from sportskey.com.
  • Please read each rental description carefully to ensure you select the correct facility.
  • Paper permit forms are still accepted at Village Hall, but all paper requests will be entered into the online system and confirmed by email.
  • This is a new system, and we are continuing to work through improvements. We appreciate your patience as we work out any issues.
