Slinger Parks, Recreation & Forestry Seasonal Job Opportunities

Seasonal Park Maintenance Worker
Applications are being accepted for a Full-Time Seasonal Position within the Village of Slinger Parks, Public Works & Forestry Department. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to the upkeep of parks and public spaces during the summer months. You will assist with a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the parks are clean, safe, and enjoyable for all visitors. Duties may include but not limited to; Baseball field preparation, restroom cleaning, lawn mowing, minor landscaping, painting, brush chipping and street maintenance, Other department responsibilities when assigned. Typical work schedule is Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, however weekend work will be required. Must be 16+ years of age or older and have a valid Wisconsin Driver’s license. Baseball/Fast Pitch Softball Umpires
We are seeking reliable and experienced individuals to officiate youth baseball and fast-pitch softball games for the upcoming season (May through July). Umpires will officiate games for players aged 7-14 in both baseball and softball leagues. This is a great opportunity to spend time outdoors, get involved in the community, and contribute to the development of young athletes. Applications will be reviewed starting March 1st.

Part-Time Crossing Guard
Slinger Police Department is looking for a part-time Crossing Guard. Applicants must be able to work mornings and afternoons. Morning hours are 6:55am-8:40am and afternoon hours are 2:15pm-4:00pm.
