The Friends of the Slinger Parks & Recreation is a non-profit organization of volunteers that helps stimulate community and financial support for the Slinger Parks & Recration Department's unique natural resources, facilities and its many prorams.
WHAT WE DO: To help maintain the qulaity of Slinger's parks and programs this group was formed to offset the dependence on public tax dollars. The Slinger Friends of Parks & Recreation is a non-profit organization which is dedicated to improving and maintaining the Slinger parks for all citizens. Over the past twelve years, our small but growing group has contributed more than $54,000 to support Slinger Parks & Recreation.

WANT TO BE A MEMBER? We are always looking for creative and dedicated members tohelp bring attention to our wonderful parks, special events and programs. The "Friends" group only meets quarterly (4 meetings per year). Membership applications for this organization are avilable at the Slinger Parks & Recreation Department located within the Slinger Village Hall.
