Get Started with MyAccount
The Village of Slinger recently changed their utility software and with that utility customers now have the ability to view their energy and water use an pay their billing using the online management tool called MyAccount. Although the Slinger Utilities is still using PSN, MyAccount will be where customers create an account, login and pay utility bills.
Make sure you use your correct account number (include the dash), from your recent bills with the new utility software and account name exactly as it appears on your monthly utility bill. If you previously had an online account for Slinger Utilities, you will have to re-register.
MyAccount will allow you to see your current and past billing history. Securely pay your bill using a credit card or bank account. (There is still the 3% service fee from PSN when using a debit or credit card, no service fee when using a checking or savings account). You also can sign up for Auto Pay.
After you have sucessfully created your MyAccount account you will be able to spot trends, track you usage and even take part in energy-related alerts and challenges.
MyAccount also has a moblie app.
1.Download the "MyMeter" app for iOS or Android.
2.Open the app and select the correct utiilty from the menu. Utilities are listed in alphabetical order. NOTE: the app icon on the mobile device screen will be the orange MyMeter logo.
3. Log in with existing credentials or create a new account, if no user account exists on main MyAccount site.
Use MyAccount for all your utility payments now.
