 Get Started with MyAccount

The Village of Slinger has an online portal in which utility customers have the ability to view their energy and water usage and pay their bill using the online management tool called MyAccount. Although Slinger Utilities is still using PSN, MyAccount will be where customers can create an account, login, and pay utility bills.

Make sure you use your correct account number (include the dash), from your recent bills with the new utility software and account name exactly as it appears on your monthly utility bill.  If you previously had an online account for Slinger Utilities, you will have to re-register.

MyAccount will allow you to see your current and past billing history.  Securely pay your bill using a credit card or bank account. (There is a 3% service fee from PSN when using a debit or credit card, no service fee when using a checking or savings account). You also can sign up for Auto Pay.

After you have successfully created your MyAccount account you will be able to spot trends, track your usage and even take part in energy-related alerts and challenges.

MyAccount also has a mobile app.  

1. Download the "MyMeter" app for iOS or Android.

2. Open the app and select the correct utility from the menu. Utilities are listed in alphabetical order. NOTE: the app icon on the mobile device screen will be the orange MyMeter logo.

3. Log in with existing credentials or create a new account, if no user account exists on the main MyAccount site.

Use MyAccount for all your utility payments now.

 

 

How to sign up for paperless billing and view the bill each month

Please note - If you are signing up for paperless billing, it is extremely important to still view your bill by pdf every month. The utility bill includes bill messages and inserts after the second page that may have important notices on them.

When you first login to the mymeter app, you will be brought to the explore page which shows you a brief overview of your usage, past billings, and your current amount due.

1. At the title bar on the bottom of the page, select the billing icon.

2. Select the bill delivery icon that appeared right above the title bar.

3. Select the enroll in paperless billing action and the account(s) you'd like to apply it to then press next.

4. Confirm your changes. You are now signed up for paperless billing and will be notified when a new bill is ready to view each month.

5. To view this bill each month you will need to go to the billing icon on the title bar just like the paperless billing. 

6. Right under the amount that is due, there is a button that says View Latest Bill with a pdf icon.

7. Clicking this button will pull up a pdf of your most recent bill. Bill messages are located on the first and second page. Any separate inserts will start on page 3.
